Question:  How soon should I order to assure Christmas delivery?

Answer:  As you know, the holidays become very busy for the shipping carriers!  The further away from the shipping point the longer it will take to reach you.  To be safe, you should place your order no later than December 8th.

Question: What is your full guarantee?

Answer:  Our guarantee is simple!  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason within 30 days from date of shipment, you may return it (post paid) for replacement or refund. All we ask, is that you e-mail us at customerservice@coolgiftsonline.com for a return address. State your wishes and the reason for the return. 

Question:  Why does it take more than a week to receive my merchandise?

Answer:  coolgiftsonline.com makes every effort to ship your order within 48 hours of placement. Your location relative to the shipping point plays a big part in the time it takes to reach you.  Other things that can impact the shipping time are: the method of shipment; the weight of your order; the number of packages in your order; and the volume of the carrier.  That is why we ask that you allow extra time during the Christmas Holiday Season.  

Question:  Why do your shipping charges appear to be high?

Answer:  Shipping cost is one of the most difficult areas to manage.  This is because we do not control the cost. The carrier is the controlling factor.  Many factors affect the shipping cost:  the distance from shipping point to destination; the weight of the product being shipped; the method of shipment; the size of the package; the number of packages in your order; fuel cost; etc. For example:  A standard 4 pound, $40.00 item cost $19.00 to ship. When we can, we discount this as much as possible. Our current charge to the customer for that $40.00 package is $11.00.  However, this may fluctuate daily. We review shipping costs often in order to make adjustments to current charges.  We try to ease the shipping burden to our customers by offsetting the cost with product discounts and specials.  Our standard discount is always 25% off the retail price listed in our catalog, with additonal discounts offered through special promotions. For the remainder of this year, everyone receives approximately 40% off the Retail Price. That is why you will never pay full retail at coolgiftsonline.com.

Question:  How can I become a sub-wholesaler and pay up to 60% less than the retail price?

Answer:  Sub-wholesaler status is reserved for those who expect to purchase $500.00 or more in merchandise per year.  If you are starting your own retail or discount business or if you have a lot of relatives and acquaintances on your gift list, this is very likely! All you need do is register on our web site, send an e-mail to customerservice@coolgiftsonline.com with "Request for sub-wholesaler status" in the subject line and tell us the approximate dollar value of the merchandise you expect to purchase per year.  That's it! You will receive a reply when your status has been upgraded.

Question:  Why should I register on your web site?

Answer:  Registering with us online allows us to serve you better. As a registered customer, you can opt to receive emails notifying you of our new products in our store and special promotions. And when you make a purchase with us, you won't have to re-enter your address information.
